Daft Punk/ Afrojack Mash-up

Made this the other night. It a mash-up of Afrojack's "Daft Sound" and and looped drum bit from Daft Punk's "Human After All". 

I'm still learning how to mix and I haven't had time to do any music lately really except this. This is just a basic mash-up, nothing fancy, but I like how it sounded in the end.

Starting Work on a Second Album

Yea, I know the first one isn't even out yet, but I've already started working on a few songs for another album. I'm already digging them. There's two fast paced ones, and one mellow track at the moment. Anyways, I should go back to mixing the first album so it can be released already. haha

Track listing (Somewhat)

I have an idea of how I want to arrange the track listing and some names for the songs on the album. I'm up to 10 songs total at the moment. So far the track listing will go something like this:

1. Intro
2. Livewire
3. Hey!! (title is a work in progress. haha)
4. Energizer
5. No idea yet
6. Sweepstakes
7. Roll with it
8. Rat Race
9. Primitive Vibes

Video for Livewire

Hey all, this is a video for the first track "Livewire" from the album I'm working on. Actually, this is more like an elaborate slideshow......but anyways, enjoy. 

Fun fact: this is happens to be the very first song I made also.

Where I Stand at the Moment

Right now I have the first 8 tracks for an album completed (for the most part). I'm still working on getting the mix on a few songs right. Adjusting hi-hats here, fixing the bass there. I've been testing out the new mixes while driving, at work, at home.......basically everywhere so I can get them right and that they sound good whether someone listens to them with headphones or in the car. The album is currently running about 35 minutes which I think is decent for 8 tracks. I might go for 10 tracks total, but if I can't come up with two tracks that fits the vibe of this album, I won't include them for fear of stuffing fillers. I'll just save them for another album. :P lol Sometime in the near future, I'll create a mini music video as a preview for one song. -Flem
